Nice stay in Marathon, and on to Key Largo

We had a nice stay in Marathon.  On Monday we biked to Pigeon Key and took the tour, very ingesting to hear more of the story of Flagler’s construction of the rail line to Key West.  Amazing that that 7 mile bridge, finshed in 1912 is still sturdy, while the “new” bridge finished in 1982 is showing signs of decay, and needs to be replaced!  On Tuesday we toured the Turtle hospital… also interesting, and dighied around Marathon.  Overall, and good stay.  Super trip to Key Largo… beautiful water, so clear it feels like you could read a book 15 feet down on the bottom.  Saw a sea turtle or two (more meaningful since our museum visit).  Here is today’s Track.
